The dynamic feature of Brazilian market, make Brazil a country having a big potential for the companies which are addressed to new markets and to new business and commercial partnership.
Thanks to a partners and network system on the whole Brazilian territory, POP Consulting has developed during the years several plans, standing by Italian companies which look at Brazilian market, provided with an important structure suitable for managing the relationship with the partners and the customers using two different teams and offices: one in Italy, the other one in Sao Paulo plus operating offices in Rio de Janeiro, Belem and San Luis.
POP Consulting has as objectives to structure a trail for the company for having specific knowledges of the reference marketing and to underline the business opportunities. These elements allow to develop a system of commercial contacts to select the different strategies to penetrate Brazilian market.
First of all POP Consulting is addressed to the companies which currently are not operative on Brazilian territory. It also provides several instruments and services for the companies which are still in contact with Brazilian market.
The plans of internationalization are made up of the following stages:
