In order to improve and increase the sale potential of its customers, POP Consulting consultant carry on researches on:
- Fragmentation into segments: the specific research for the identification and the description of objectives target, breaking up the market in order to optimize the sale processes. Following a fragmentation strategy we aim at pointing out the differences in the demand. So the objective becomes the final costumer with his expectations, to which will be adapted the marketing plan.
- Target settlement: the researches for establishing an identikit of the customers groups, the ones who are present and the prospective ones, for understanding their features and their differences, establishing the reasons which push the customers to buy, outlining their personal and acting profile. This research is carried on both using the knowledges and data which the staff has assigned to the commercial function, and making interviews to a sample of the prospective customer base, in the geographic area analysed.
- Customer satisfaction: it is the measurement of the satisfaction of the sellers and of the customers, connected to the expectations and the results reached. The analysis of the customer satisfaction consists in two stages: the“qualitative/knowing” stage focused on particular variables which have to be analysed (brand image, services, products, events and promotional initiatives) which are related to the current situation, to the future vision, to the needs and the requirements which could be developed during the time; and the scond stage which is the “quantitative/exstensive” one: it is the measurement and control of the elements collected, during the qualitative stage.
- The Building of new products packs: in almost all the markets, the packaging has a fundamental role for the commercial success of a product. POP Consulting can count on effective elements through which it can analyse the perception which the consumer has of the product packaging , how much is attracted by it, and which are the critical elements of a succesfull pack, with the final objective of realizing a functional and attractive package for the ultimate consumer.
- The Liking of new products: the analysis and tests of products, according to the different terms, starting from a conceptual definition, and finshing with concrete/sensorial features of the product itself. In order to make this possible the POP Consulting team carries on qualitative researches (focus group, individual interviews), after which is following a quantity stage which consists in individual interviews by a relevant sample of consumers in terms of statistics. These stages aim at the measurement of the liking of the products, in order to create some ranges among the products proposals, identifying the range which has the biggest potential among different suggestions of tastes, smells, forms.
